Bought it on Saturday afternoon and read straight through. Apparently I'm a slower reader than half of my friends list, though, as it took me slightly over 10 hours to read through.
Rowling's style is definitely improving, though continuity seems both better and worse than the earlier books. Should make a good film when it comes out in '08.
I preferred the other book I finished on Saturday, though: American Gods by Neil Gaiman. It's no Neverwhere or Sandman but still an amazing read.
